Året Runt starts at the bottom with the Christmas baking, gingerbread and saffron bun, Christmas pig, Christmas apple and kail. There will be time for a mushroom outing in search of chanterelle and porcini mushroomsThe autumn sky is clear over the dark spruce forest.
