Mosippan. Anemone vernalis is the Privince flover of Härjedalen.
The Brown bear. The province animal of Härjedalen and our country's largest predator. The bear feeds on i.a. on berries and fish. It has been endangered but has come back. The bear spends the winter (October - April) in the den.
Vadmalsstampen. A Fulling mill In the Sömlings creek. It was in use until 1942
Tännäs church. In Tännäs is Sweden's highest located church village, 648m above sea level. The village has existed since the 15th century and the church was built in 1672.
Helags. Sweden's highest mountain south of the Arctic Circle at 1796 m. and also Sweden's southernmost glacier.
Messmör. Butter made from whey, which is a residual product from cheese production. During heating, the water evaporates from the whey and the lactose caramelizes, giving the butter its characteristic flavor and brownish color.
Snow drift. Funäsdalen, together with Riksgränsen in Lappland, are the areas in Sweden who gets the most snow
Älvro's new church. The church was inaugurated in 1886. King Oscar II had given his permission for the old church to be demolished, but it never happed. Thanks to that, Älvros can today display two churches
Flatruet. The plateau where Sweden's highest public road runs, 975 m above sea level.
The memorial stone in Lillhärdal. There is a memorial stone here that honors the memory of those who where executed in the witch trial during the 17th century. This is where it started in Sweden, when Stor-Märit was accused of being in contact with the devil.
Muskox. In 1971, a herd of muskoxes walked in from Norway and settled between Rogen and Funäsdalen.
Mountain violet.The flower that was first named Härjedalen's flower but was defeated by Mosippa.
