Magnus de la Gardie's hunting castle on the square in Lidköping. It was in the middle of the 17th century that the count's hunting castle at Traneberg on Kållandsö was transported on boats and set up in the middle of the main square to serve as a town hall.
Läckö Castle, is located on a promontory in Vänern and is a memory from Sweden's time as the Era of Great Power. It belonged in the Middle Ages to the Skara bishops and was left in 1615 as a county to the De la Gardie family.
Runestone. In Stora Levene is Sweden's highest runestone. The levene stone is made of granite and is roughly four and a half meters high.

Knalle. The name originates from the 16th century when traders wandered between the farms in the region. They sold handicrafts and textiles.
